1. About MyRealtorBuddy
MyRealtorBuddy provides real estate marketing resources, digital templates, membership content, and custom marketing services for real estate professionals.
Our products and services may include, but are not limited to, Canva templates, content calendars, newsletters, video prompts, email signatures, vCard landing pages, custom design services, and done-for-you marketing support.
2. Digital Products
Digital products may include downloadable files, Canva template links, PDFs, graphics, or other marketing resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing and ensuring they have access to any required third-party platforms, such as Canva.
Digital products are for the purchaser’s personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or claimed as original work.
3. Memberships
Memberships may include monthly content, templates, marketing resources, and/or service-based support depending on the plan selected.
Membership deliverables, pricing, and included services are described on the membership page at the time of purchase. MyRealtorBuddy reserves the right to update membership features, delivery methods, or available content as the business evolves.
Membership content is intended for active members only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside of the purchasing member’s business.
4. Custom Services
Custom services may include design work, vCard landing pages, email signatures, content creation, posting support, branding support, or other marketing services.
Custom projects may require the customer to complete an intake form, provide brand assets, submit requested information, and respond to follow-up communication in a timely manner.
Project timelines may vary based on the scope of work, customer responsiveness, and current workload.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. MyRealtorBuddy does not directly store full payment card details.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, offers, and service availability may change at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All MyRealtorBuddy designs, templates, copy, resources, graphics, branding, website content, and other materials are owned by MyRealtorBuddy unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product or membership gives you permission to use the materials for your own real estate marketing purposes, but it does not transfer ownership of the original materials.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, sublicense, or reproduce MyRealtorBuddy materials as your own products or services.
7. Third-Party Tools
Some products or services may use third-party platforms such as Canva, WordPress, Stripe, WooCommerce, Google Drive, or other tools. MyRealtorBuddy is not responsible for outages, changes, access issues, or account restrictions caused by third-party platforms.
8. No Guaranteed Results
MyRealtorBuddy provides marketing tools, templates, content, and support designed to help real estate professionals improve consistency and presentation. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, leads, sales, engagement, followers, or revenue.
9. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing content before publishing, ensuring compliance with their brokerage, local MLS, advertising rules, fair housing requirements, and any applicable real estate laws or regulations.
Customers are also responsible for confirming that any listing details, pricing, claims, testimonials, images, and contact information used in marketing materials are accurate and properly authorized.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRealtorBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website, products, templates, memberships, or services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
