Thank you for supporting MyRealtorBuddy. Because we offer digital products, memberships, and custom services, our refund policy varies depending on the type of purchase.

Please review this policy before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Digital products may include Canva templates, downloadable files, PDFs, template links, graphics, newsletters, captions, or other digital resources.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

2. Memberships

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once monthly content, templates, files, links, or services have been delivered.

Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation process provided at the time of purchase or by contacting MyRealtorBuddy.

Canceling a membership stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments or previously delivered content.

3. Custom Services

Custom service payments may include design work, vCard landing pages, email signatures, branding support, content creation, posting support, or other personalized work.

Because custom services require time, planning, communication, and creative work, payments for custom services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access a purchased file, Canva link, delivery PDF, or related product due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist you.

We may provide a corrected link, replacement file, or alternate delivery method when appropriate.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Duplicate purchase refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. No Results-Based Refunds

MyRealtorBuddy provides marketing tools, templates, content, and support, but we do not guarantee specific business results, leads, sales, engagement, followers, or revenue. Refunds are not provided based on lack of business results.
